Hot bathe and shower can cause damage to your skin during this period. It can wash off the oil in the skin, thereby making the skin to loose more moisture. Instead of hot bathe or shower, take a cool shower to keep the skin natural oil. If your feel too cold and need to bathe with hot water, always make sure the water is not hot, but warm.

  • Be careful how you scrub your skin

Be careful how you scrub your skin. Scrubbing too hard is bad and can cause damage to your skin. Scrubbing too little is bad as well, it makes your skin looks dull. Moderation is key here.
